Job DescriptionTrucordia is a billion-dollar insurance brokerage building the technology that modernizes how producers sell and clients experience insurance. We're in active transformation, and this senior product leader will own the product function of our next ambitious chapter: a unified platform sitting on top of Salesforce, AMS360, and our carrier ecosystem, with a client portal, broker & producer portal, and AI-powered carrier recommendation engine all to be designed, built, and owned by this role.
You'd also build on what we've already shipped, like Trucordia Go, our customer-facing AI product that helps clients understand and improve their insurance (see it at trucordiago.com). This will be both a player and a coach role, leading a team of PMs and PjMs while staying close enough to the work to drive real product quality across an interconnected platform roadmap.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Vision and roadmap for a unified platform spanning client experience, producer workflows, and AI-powered recommendations.
- Extending our customer-facing AI products, like Trucordia Go, and shaping the roadmap for what comes next.
- End-to-end product ownership of client portal, broker/producer portal, and carrier recommendation engine.
- Prioritization and stakeholder alignment across engineering, Salesforce, and business leadership.
- Maturing the team from reactive output-oriented execution toward proactive outcome-driven product thinking.
- Partnering with engineering to ensure teams are working on the right problems, well-defined, and unblocked.
Qualifications- 8+ years in product, with meaningful time owning complex, multi-surface platform products. Not just features or workflows.
- Experience building AI-powered products, ideally involving recommendation systems, personalization, or intelligent automation.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute a platform vision that spans multiple integrated systems and user types (consumers, internal users, partners).
- Track record of shipping enterprise or B2B products that required deep systems thinking, understanding how data flows, where integrations create constraints, and how to architect a great experience on top of messy underlying infrastructure.
- Strong enough on data and AI to collaborate credibly with engineers and data scientists, and shape the product direction - not just translate requirements.
- Proven ability to build or elevate a PM function, not just inherit one.
- Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities and strong opinions.
- High agency - you identify problems and move; you don't wait.
- Insurance, fintech, or similarly regulated, data-rich domain experience a plus.
