About the Role

Resourcing Edge is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Director of Product Management to lead the governance, optimization, and delivery of our HR technology product ecosystem within a dynamic Professional Employer Organization (PEO) environment.

In this leadership role, you will oversee a portfolio of integrated HR technology solutions, including Time & Labor Management (TLM), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Performance Management, Expense Management, and other workforce technology platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring scalable, consistent, and client-focused product delivery while driving operational excellence across the product landscape.

The Senior Director works closely with Systems Administration leadership, Operations, Client Services, Sales, and Implementation teams to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives, client needs, and organizational growth strategies. This position also serves as a strategic partner to Sales Engineering, supporting pre-sale solutioning efforts and helping position product capabilities effectively in the marketplace.

What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Execution
  • Execute product strategies and priorities across supported HR technology solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including configuration standards, enhancements, issue management, and release coordination.
  • Ensure product functionality aligns with operational workflows and client requirements.
  • Leverage performance metrics, user feedback, and operational insights to provide recommendations for continuous product improvement.
  • Drive scalability, usability, and consistency across all product offerings.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Specialists.
  • Establish clear ownership models, performance expectations, and professional development plans.
  • Promote best practices, operational discipline, and accountability across the product management function.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Systems Administration, Implementation, Operations, Client Services, and Sales teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Translate business objectives and client needs into actionable product requirements and system configurations.
  • Support organizational readiness through training, process documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across multiple functional areas.

Sales Engineering Partnership
  • Serve as the primary product management liaison to Sales Engineering.
  • Support pre-sale solutioning by validating product capabilities, configurations, and client fit.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for complex client opportunities.
  • Gather market, client, and sales feedback to inform product enhancements and roadmap prioritization.

Platform & Integration Management
  • Oversee the integration and performance of product modules across HRIS platforms, including PrismHR, iSolved, UKG, and similar systems.
  • Partner with Systems Administration teams to maintain configuration standards, data integrity, and platform reliability.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including escalations, issue resolution, and optimization efforts.

Operational Excellence & Governance
  • Establish and maintain standards for configuration management, change control, and release management processes.
  • Monitor product health and adoption through KPIs, support trends, and user feedback.
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting system functionality, scalability, performance, or client experience.
  • Ensure operational consistency across all supported technology solutions.

Client Experience & Continuous Improvement
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to product management.
  • Drive improvements in product usability, adoption, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Incorporate client and internal stakeholder feedback into ongoing enhancements.
  • Ensure a reliable, consistent, and high-quality experience across all supported products.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, product operations, or related functions within a PEO, HCM, or multi-client service environment.
  • Experience supporting HR technology solutions, including Time & Labor Management (TLM), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Performance Management, Expense Management, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or similar solutions.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and integrations, including PrismHR, iSolved, UKG, or comparable systems.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

  • Experience leading enterprise-scale HR technology initiatives and integrations.


Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
