Position Summary:We are looking for a dynamic, experienced finance leader to play a critical role in our journey to scale the company. In this high-impact role, you will develop and lead a robust investor relations program, clearly communicating Netradyne's story, financials, and strategy to the investment community. You will help shape our financial strategy and capital structure during a pivotal growth phase, ensuring we have the resources and partnerships to advance our mission of improving road and driver safety. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, outstanding communication, and strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:Investor Relations- Lead the development and execution of a high-impact investor relations strategy
- Partner with the CFO in developing and maintaining an investor relations program aligned with Netradyne's overall corporate strategy and SEC regulations
- Craft and deliver compelling narratives that clearly articulate Netradyne's unique value and competitive edge in the SaaS landscape.
- Target, engage, and build trust with key investors and analysts, strengthening relationships across institutional and strategic channels.
- Oversee all investor communications-across press, presentations, digital platforms, and social media-to ensure consistency and transparency.
- Drive public company readiness by shaping messaging, selecting key metrics for disclosure, and establishing robust quarterly earnings processes.
- Market intelligence
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to the CEO, CFO, and Board on investor perceptions and market expectations
- Highlight relative strengths and opportunities and work with internal teams to magnify successes and address opportunities
- Investor engagement
- Serve as one of the spokespersons along with the CFO and CEO for the company with investors, analysts, and other members of the financial community
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts, ensuring credibility and trust
- Develop the strategy for and lead investor targeting, roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings
- Prepare executives for investor interactions, conferences, and Board updates
Capital Markets- Collaborate with the CFO and CEO to plan and execute potential capital raises, including timing, structure, and terms.
- Help build financial infrastructure and reporting capabilities to support institutional-grade transparency and governance
- Track and analyze market conditions, comparable transactions, and valuation benchmarks to inform capital strategy
- Present clear, actionable recommendations on capital structure and financing
Desired skills and experience:- 8+ years' experience in investment banking, capital markets, private equity, venture capital, or similar roles
- Proven success in executing capital raises or advising on financing transactions
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strategic thinker who links financial decisions to long-term goals
- Excellent communicator, effective with investors, executives, and technical teams
- Excels in fast-paced, multi-project environments
- Strong judgment in assessing risks and opportunities amid ambiguity
- Committed to Netradyne's mission to significantly improve road and driver safety
- IPO experience strongly preferred
Strong Candidates may also:- Have experience in technology or SaaS or Hardware enabled SaaS industries
- Bring experience from companies that have scaled through major growth transitions or prepared for significant capital markets events
- Possess advanced degrees in finance, business, or related fields
- Have worked with both private and public companies, understanding the requirements and expectations at different stages
- Demonstrate knowledge of SaaS/HW enabled SaaS research and development landscapes
- Have a strong professional network in relevant investment communities
- Bring experience working in high-growth, mission-driven organizations
California Pay Range
$220,000-$260,000 USD
