Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an experienced
Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) to lead and evolve our Customs & Trade Compliance function. This executive-level role combines regulatory expertise, proven people leadership, and a passion for
AI, automation, and innovation to modernize global trade operations.
What You'll Do- Serve (or progress to serve) as the company's Licensed Customs Broker of Record
- Ensure compliance with CBP, PGA, import/export regulations, HTS classification, and AD/CVD
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams and future leaders
- Champion AI, automation, and technology-driven solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT
- Act as executive, client-facing authority on customs and regulatory matters
What We're Looking For- Active U.S. Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) - required
- 10+ years in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or international logistics
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of HTS, ADD/CVD, PGA filings, audits, and enforcement actions
- Experience with CargoWise, ACE, automated classification, OCR, or AI-enabled workflows a plus
