SeniorVice President to play a significant role in the future success of our
Investor& Transaction Advisory team and the wider Advisory and Planning team. The candidate should have broad understanding of civil infrastructure funding/financing and operations. Transportation (roads, bridges, tunnels, ports, airports, parking lots) and energy (traditional, renewables) sector-experience will be major advantages. Specialization in one or more sub-sector(s) is an advantage. Extensive experience of working with infrastructure investors, lenders, international finance corporations and financial advisors is required.
The candidate will also be able to demonstrate good general technical, economic and regulatory understanding in the sector and have a proven track record in leading transaction & commercial assignments and managing teams.
Your Impact- Leading teams and advising clients to provide integrated commercial, technical, and transaction advisory assignments in Transportation, Energy and other emerging sectors. Responsible for coordinating the production of business plans and due diligence reports, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and new clients. Pursue opportunities and lead the conversion into projects.
- Representing WSP at client meetings - the candidate needs to demonstrate a good range of client management skills.
- Leading the analysis and preparing high quality reports, conveying complex commercial and technical issues in a simple form.
- Coordinating project teams and assist with management, training and development of the wider team.
The Advisory team has a strong track record of supporting clients at the early stage of projects such as feasibility plans, market forecasts as well as technical assessment of complex projects. Our key clients cover a wide range of different organizations in the private and public sectors. Key clients include developers, financial institutions (pension funds, investors and financiers), operators (ports, rail, buses, highways and mobility) and wider industry.
We are regularly involved from project origination through to completion, as well as during asset optimization and modernization and/or expansion of existing facilities. Our front-end consultancy is supported by 87,000 technical specialists globally. Our offerings include transaction services (including PPP), investment advisory, market studies, demand forecasting, technical and financial feasibility and management consultancy services.
Who You AreRequired Qualifications- Master's degree in business finance, engineering or related disciplines.
- 15+ years of relevant post education experience in discipline, in a management consulting, client advisory, or owner capacity.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering due diligence assignments in the Transportation and/or Energy sectors in the last 5 years is essential.
- Experience in managing teams and coordinating delivery of workstreams to tight deadlines.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English is required and additional language skills would be desirable.
- Ability to develop client-facing relationships, with confidence communicating effectively with senior management teams of clients.
- A comprehensive knowledge of all major relevant software packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications - Strong experience in managing the review and approval of documents and discipline-specific deliverables, certifications, processes, and plans in a multi-project environment is highly desirable.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $205,400 - $367,200
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
