Job Description Summary:

Position Overview:

Leads the organization accountable for North America Operating (NAOU) Revenue Planning - bottler delivered route to market. Owns content and business processes associated with developing both near and mid-term (1-5 yr) volume / revenue plans and system wide Revenue Growth Management Initiatives. Supports the strategic roadmap for the long-term growth algorithm with a lens of portfolio / package / channel strategies.

What You'll Do For Us

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership over all content and business processes associated with NAOU Revenue Planning for Bottler Delivered Beverages. Ensures valuation of plan assumptions and allocation to customer teams. Role provides critical linkage between brand finance, Customers Teams and bottlers to ensure the revenue plan meets NAOU P&L requirement
  • Leads RGM Multi-Year thought leadership to the Category teams, RGM community and broader North America Operating Unit (NAOU) to shape the direction our system takes on growing Revenue, Profit and transactions over the next 3-5 years.
  • Steward of RGM vision, long-range plan, and growth acceleration initiatives based on occasions, consumer behaviors and size of the prize
  • Leads the System Health Sub-Committee process to ensure we are developing system aligned plans and marketplace actions: agenda management, action items, housing of content.
  • Primary capability focus on creating of client value and driving action from the interpretation of data. This role will have an emphasis on identifying and developing talent that has a high degree of technical aptitude with our tools/systems, a robust knowledge and curiosity about our business, and curiosity.
  • Drives collaboration and alignment across planning stakeholders (RGM, National Customers and Bottlers) and ensures agreed actions are incorporated into the plan by working with all process participants.


What You'll Need

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree (engineering, finance, business)
  • Preferred Level: Master's degree in business or associated field


Related Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience CCNA or RGM with expertise in customer planning, focused on delivery of world-class results in a complex, distributed environment.
  • Experience developing strategy & delivering against implementation of strategy
  • Experience leading large and complex initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to forge alignment with Senior Business Leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver upon results; ability to make decisions & forge alignment in ambiguous situations


Preferred Level:

  • Extensive experience (15 years +)
  • Field and headquarter experience working closely across finance, sales & marketing, BIS, etc.
