Description & Requirements

Position Summary

The Senior Director, Enterprise Performance & Strategy Finance is a senior finance leadership role responsible for helping define how Electronic Arts plans, prioritizes investments, and measures enterprise performance.

Operating at the intersection of Finance, Enterprise Performance, Corporate Strategy, and Business Operations, this leader will architect and evolve the financial operating framework supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Rather than serving as a traditional FP&A business partner, this role helps shape enterprise-wide decisions by combining financial rigor, strategic thinking, and operational governance. The team serves as Finance's center of excellence for enterprise planning frameworks, capital allocation, strategic finance, and performance management.

Reporting to the SVP, Experiences FP&A, this position partners closely with Enterprise Performance, Corporate Strategy, Enterprise FP&A, Studio Finance, Commercial Finance, Product leadership, and Executive Leadership. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week in an EA office.

What You Will Do
  • Lead Finance's partnership with Enterprise Performance to design, govern, and continuously improve EA's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework, including Annual Plan, Quarterly Estimates, Long-Range Planning, Quarterly Business Reviews, and investment planning.
  • Lead enterprise investment prioritization and capital allocation, establishing financial frameworks, business case standards, ROI methodologies, and investment recommendations that support executive decision-making.
  • Serve as Finance's strategic partner to Corporate Strategy, providing financial modeling, valuation, scenario planning, competitive analysis, and financial insights that support enterprise strategic decisions and long-term value creation.
  • Develop enterprise financial planning frameworks that standardize operational planning, business case methodologies, financial thresholds, performance metrics, and governance in support of enterprise planning and capital allocation.
  • Lead financial consolidations and planning operations for the Experiences organization, delivering consolidated forecasts, executive reporting, and standardized planning processes while overseeing enterprise financial methodologies such as cost allocations and other cross-functional allocations.
  • Partner across Enterprise FP&A, Studios FP&A, Experiences FP&A, Enterprise Performance, and Corporate Strategy to align planning processes, investment decisions, and enterprise financial priorities.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and executive decision support by translating complex analyses into clear recommendations that improve enterprise performance and long-term value creation.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering analytical excellence, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Success in this role will be measured through
  • Enterprise Integrated Business Planning framework adopted across the company
  • Investment prioritization process consistently used across major strategic decisions
  • Executive decisions supported by timely, insightful financial analysis
  • Improved transparency into enterprise performance and strategic trade-offs
  • Connected planning processes that reduce cycle times and improve planning quality
  • High-performing team with strong organizational influence and credibility

What You Bring
  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, or Management Consulting.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide planning, transformation, or strategic finance initiatives.
  • Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and capital allocation expertise.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise operating models, planning processes, and governance.
  • Ability to influence executive leadership and drive alignment across large, matrixed organizations.
  • Outstanding communication and executive storytelling skills.
