Fully Remote (U.S. Only): This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. Position Overview

The Senior Director Enterprise Applications position leads and transforms the Enterprise Applications service delivery organization into a disciplined, business-embedded, AI-enabled function that consistently delivers measurable business outcomes. The role oversees Business Relationship Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and Project Management while partnering closely with Enterprise Application Engineering, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders across the enterprise.

  • Lead the transformation of Enterprise Applications service delivery into a high-performing solution delivery organization, establishing delivery processes, governance frameworks, and operating models that improve throughput, predictability, and quality.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with business leaders, aligning technology investments and roadmaps to strategic priorities so Enterprise Applications is viewed as a strategic partner rather than a transactional service provider.
  • Establish portfolio and demand governance that enables disciplined intake, prioritization, and execution, reducing and rationalizing application and project backlogs while balancing capacity against demand.
  • Identify and implement AI-enabled tools, workflows, and practices across relationship management, product ownership, business analysis, and project management, driving adoption that measurably improves productivity, quality, and speed.
  • Strengthen requirements discovery and solution readiness by standardizing elicitation, process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration practices that reduce rework and increase engineering readiness.
  • Implement consistent enterprise-wide operating standards for intake, prioritization, planning, execution, reporting, and governance, including executive-level reporting and performance dashboards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of leaders and individual contributors across multiple disciplines, creating clear expectations, accountability, career development paths, and succession plans.
  • Deliver measurable results against defined success measures, including reduced lead time for project and enhancement work, healthier backlogs, improved stakeholder satisfaction, and demonstrated productivity gains from AI-enabled delivery practices.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within Enterprise Applications, technology delivery, product, or program management disciplines
  • 6+ years leading managers and large cross-functional technology organizations
  • Demonstrated success transforming delivery organizations, operating models, or enterprise application functions, including complex portfolios and enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Experience leading Business Relationship Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Project Management organizations preferred
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows, automation capabilities, and modern Agile, hybrid, and enterprise-scale delivery practices preferred
  • Experience with ERP, HCM, Finance, Payroll, CRM, or other large-scale enterprise business systems, including delivery metrics, governance frameworks, and executive dashboards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record partnering with and influencing senior business and technology executives

Physical requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
  • Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.


The base pay range for this position is $170KMin - $230KMax /yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
