Job Title
Senior Director, Enablement

About your role:

As Senior Director, Enablement, you will lead the enablement strategy for the Financial Institutions business, helping sales, relationship management, consulting, implementation, and client-facing teams engage clients and deliver measurable business results. You will partner with executive leadership, Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and HR to build scalable programs that improve productivity, solution adoption, and client outcomes.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute an enablement strategy aligned to Financial Institutions business objectives, revenue priorities, and client outcome goals.
  • Create a multi-year roadmap for sales, product, client, and leadership enablement programs across client-facing and support teams.
  • Lead programs that improve sales productivity, pipeline generation, solution positioning, client engagement, and revenue attainment.
  • Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and HR to deliver onboarding, product readiness, launch enablement, communications, and capability development plans.
  • Establish governance, standards, key performance indicators, and executive reporting to measure enablement effectiveness and guide investment decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop an enablement team responsible for learning programs, sales readiness, product knowledge, communications, and performance enablement.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, learning technologies, and enablement resources to support consistent delivery across the organization.


Experience you'll need to have:
  • 12+ years of experience in sales enablement, commercial enablement, learning and development, revenue operations, or client-facing business transformation within financial services, payments, technology, or a related industry.
  • 8+ years of experience managing and developing teams responsible for enablement, learning, sales readiness, communications, operations, or performance programs.
  • Experience developing enterprise enablement strategies, roadmaps, governance models, and measurement frameworks tied to revenue growth, productivity, adoption, or client outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to identify capability gaps, design scalable programs, and support organizational change.
  • Experience using learning technologies, sales enablement platforms, customer relationship management systems, analytics tools, or similar platforms to deliver and measure enablement programs.
  • Experience creating role-based learning journeys, product readiness plans, sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, competitive intelligence, or client engagement tools.
  • Bachelor's degree, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.


Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience supporting enablement programs for financial institutions, banking technology, payments, or fintech solutions.
  • Experience designing certification programs for sales, relationship management, consulting, implementation, or client-facing teams.
  • Experience leading enablement for product launches, market expansion, or transformational business initiatives.
  • Experience presenting enablement performance, investment recommendations, and business outcomes to senior executives.


Travel:

This role require frequent travel (50%+).

Salary Range
$114,900.00 - $244,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
