You will work across product, engineering, implementation, client, partner, and executive stakeholder groups to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable integration solutions that help clients and partners succeed on Finxact Core.

What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to shape the integration strategy, vision, and roadmap connecting Finxact Core with Fiserv products and strategic third-party solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery, architecture, and solution design for complex integrations by assessing business requirements, ecosystem dependencies, vendor capabilities, and non-functional requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain application programming interface (API)-based integrations, interfaces, and supporting components that enable secure, scalable, and supportable connectivity across the enterprise.
  • Build and maintain production integrations end to end, with responsibility for quality, operational supportability, and long-term solution outcomes.
  • Lead complex integration initiatives across multiple teams, track project milestones and risks, and drive corrective actions to support delivery commitments.
  • Review client-, partner-, and vendor-developed integrations for alignment with Finxact standards, architectural patterns, and implementation best practices, and recommend improvements where needed.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, reference architectures, integration artifacts, and knowledge base materials to support consistent delivery and ongoing support.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts, tradeoffs, and recommendations to executive leadership, clients, partners, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, enterprise integration architecture, or API-based integration delivery in complex technology environments.
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, integration patterns, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
  • 6+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects from discovery through delivery with accountability for project outcomes.
  • 6+ years of experience working directly with clients, partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders in a technical consulting, solution architecture, or integration role.
  • Experience analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into scalable, secure, and supportable integration solutions.
  • Experience communicating technical concepts, solution tradeoffs, and implementation guidance to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience in financial services, banking technology, fintech platforms, payment processing, or core banking environments.
  • Experience with the Fiserv product portfolio or integrating with comparable financial technology platforms.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern integration tooling.
  • Experience with Golang or a similar object-oriented or service development language.

How you'll work:
