Senior Director, Digital Product

Reports to: Chief Digital Officer

Location: Work remotely (US or France only)

The Senior Director, Digital Product is responsible for translating enterprise digital strategy into high-impact digital products and solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role leads product management and cross-functional delivery - ensuring initiatives move from opportunity identification through delivery and adoption driving speed, quality, and business impact.

As Senior Director, Digital Product, You Will:

Product Strategy & Ownership
  • Partner with the Digital leadership team to translate enterprise priorities into clear product strategies and roadmaps
  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog across key value streams
  • Ensure digital and AI products are anchored in real business problems, user needs, and measurable outcomes
  • Continuously prioritize based on value, feasibility, and strategic alignment


Product Delivery & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products - from concept through launch and scaling
  • Establish and run a high-performing product operating model (product owners, agile rituals, backlog management)
  • Drive rapid, iterative delivery with a focus on speed to value and continuous improvement
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams across business, IT, data, and external partners
  • Remove delivery blockers, resolve trade-offs, and maintain momentum across initiatives
  • Ensure clear accountability across stream-aligned and platform teams
  • Align delivery with enterprise architecture, data, and integration standards

Product Adoption & Scale
  • Ensure digital initiatives are embedded into real business workflows
  • Drive adoption across functions through tight partnership with business leaders
  • Track performance and iterate quickly based on usage, feedback, and results
  • Hold teams accountable for outcomes, not just output

Who We are Looking For

Education
  • Required: College or university business degree (accounting or finance degree strongly preferred)
  • Preferred: MBA or comparable degree/CPA or comparable certificate


Experience
  • 10+ years in in digital product management, product leadership, or technology delivery roles
  • Proven track record of building and scaling digital products in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Experience operating in a product-led model (vs. project-based delivery)
  • Strong experience working with engineering, data, and design teams
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations preferred

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $200,000-$275,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
