Job Description Summary:

This role is designed for a strategic and forward-thinking leader who can connect enterprise vision to practical execution. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in data strategy, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring that data is not only well-managed but actively leveraged to generate value, accelerate decision-making, and support long-term growth across Corporate Functions and the broader enterprise.

What You'll Do for Us
  • Lead the development and continuous evolution of an enterprise-wide data strategy, aligning Corporate Functions priorities with broader business and digital transformation goals
  • Define and embed a value realization framework that quantifies and communicates the impact of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence investments across the enterprise
  • Partner with senior leaders across functions to identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact data use cases that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Translate enterprise strategy into actionable data initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs, digital capabilities, and platform investments
  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to enhance decision-making, increase operational efficiency, and improve employee and stakeholder experiences
  • Establish and influence governance models that promote data quality, consistency, accountability, security, and responsible use across functions
  • Collaborate with technology, platform, and architecture teams to ensure data strategy is integrated with scalable, secure, and future-ready infrastructure
  • Enable connection and integration of data across functions, supporting a unified view of enterprise performance and unlocking cross-functional insights

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, digital transformation, or related fields, including leadership experience within large, matrixed organizations
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering enterprise or cross-functional data strategies that generate measurable business value
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and analytics frameworks, with the ability to operationalize them at scale
  • Experience working with modern data ecosystems, including cloud platforms, data architectures, and advanced analytics or artificial intelligence capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies without direct authority
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect enterprise priorities to data-driven opportunities
  • Experience designing and implementing value measurement frameworks for digital and analytics investments
  • High level of digital and artificial intelligence fluency, including understanding of emerging trends and responsible use of data and technology
  • Strong communication and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
  • Experience leading change management initiatives and driving adoption of data-driven ways of working at scale
