Venteon is currently seeking a Senior Director of Data Analytics & AI to lead enterprise data strategy for a global manufacturing organization. This executive-level position will drive the organization's vision across Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence, enabling business growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute enterprise-wide data, analytics, and AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and lead a multi-year roadmap encompassing MDM, data governance, analytics platforms, and AI/GenAI capabilities.
  • Establish and mature enterprise Master Data Management processes across key domains including Customer, Product, Supplier, Pricing, and Asset data.
  • Lead enterprise data governance initiatives including data quality, stewardship, lineage, metadata management, and compliance standards.
  • Oversee modern data architecture initiatives including data platforms, lakehouse environments, real-time integration, and scalable AI-ready ecosystems.
  • Drive the development and deployment of high-value analytics and AI solutions supporting commercial performance, forecasting, customer insights, predictive capabilities, and operational intelligence.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, engineering, and IT teams to identify and deliver data-driven business outcomes.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing global teams across data engineering, analytics, governance, and data science disciplines.
  • Establish scalable operating models and best practices for delivering reusable data products and AI capabilities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience within enterprise data, analytics, MDM, and AI organizations.
  • Proven success leading enterprise-scale data transformation and Master Data Management initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, modern data architectures, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience delivering analytics and AI solutions that drive measurable business value.
  • Demonstrated success leading global teams and large-scale transformational programs.
  • Experience with MDM technologies, data quality frameworks, metadata management, and AI/ML platforms is highly preferred.
  • Manufacturing, industrial, aftermarket, or asset-intensive industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
