Job DescriptionYour Role The Case Installations team oversees end-to-end implementation for new and renewing employer groups, ensuring seamless onboarding and compliance across fully insured, ASO, and Group Medicare products. The Senior Director, Case Installations, reports to the VP, Commercial Growth and Strategy, will lead a high-performing organization responsible for strategic design, operational execution, and continuous improvement of group installation processes. This role is critical to delivering a best-in-class client experience and meeting aggressive timelines during peak periods.

ResponsibilitiesYour Work In this role, you will:
Strategic Leadership & Vision- Define and execute strategy for group installations, aligning enterprise growth objectives and market needs. Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
Operational Oversight & Process Optimization - Oversee end-to-end implementation workflows, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Reduce errors and turnaround time through process redesign and automation
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client experiences
Capacity Planning & Risk Management- Forecast resource needs during peak seasons, implement contingency plans, and manage escalations to maintain service levels
Client Experience & Quality Assurance - Ensure timely delivery of client-facing materials and maintain high standards for first impressions and ongoing support
People Leadership & Talent Development - Lead a large team of people leaders and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Ensure succession planning and capability building
QualificationsYour Knowledge and Experience - Requires a college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, including 6 years of management experience
- Requires expertise in large-scale group installations across multiple health insurance product types (ASO, Shared Advantage, Fully Insured, Medicare, Dental & Vision), systems integration, and process automation
- Requires experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce is essential, along with a proven track record of designing and executing complex onboarding workflows
- Strong knowledge of compliance, influence and cross-functional coordination is critical
- Expertise in process optimization, change management, and stakeholder engagement, along with a proven track record of designing and executing complex onboarding workflows
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Adept at influencing and driving change across matrixed-teams in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
