Senior Director, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships

Position Overview
PG Coffee is seeking a Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships to lead the growth and expansion of licensed food and beverage partnerships, with an initial focus on Starbucks licensed store development within Peachtree Group's healthcare portfolio.

This role will serve as the primary relationship and development lead across healthcare partners, brand partners, foodservice management partners, and internal stakeholders. The Director will own the development lifecycle from opportunity identification and site qualification through lease execution, project coordination, and store opening.

The ideal candidate will bring strong business development discipline, relationship management experience, project leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate across
multiple stakeholders in a complex healthcare environment. This is a growth-oriented role designed for a commercially minded leader who can help build a scalable platform for food and beverage partnerships across Peachtree's healthcare real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Strategic Partnerships
• Identify and advance Starbucks licensed store opportunities within the healthcare portfolio.
• Build relationships with healthcare systems, Starbucks, foodservice partners, and key stakeholders.
• Develop growth strategies to support portfolio expansion.
• Evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
• Represent PG Coffee in client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Site Development and Store Opening Execution
• Lead development from opportunity identification through store opening.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate feasibility and demand.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to advance key milestones.
• Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment throughout the process.

Deal Structuring, Lease Support, and Negotiations
• Partner with finance and legal on LOIs, leases, and deal structuring.
• Support negotiations with healthcare and foodservice partners.
• Ensure agreements align with business and financial objectives.
• Assist with materials for approvals and presentations.

Pipeline Management, Reporting, and Governance
• Manage and maintain the development pipeline.

Qualifications
• Significant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, real estate development, retail development, food and beverage development, healthcare
partnerships, hospitality, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across clients, brand partners, operators, legal, finance, and executive leadership.
• Experience advancing projects from concept through execution, ideally including lease negotiation, site development, store opening, or partnership implementation.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to evaluate opportunities based on strategic fit, financial impact, operational feasibility, and partner value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong project management discipline, including the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, approvals, and multiple concurrent opportunities.
• Ability and willingness to travel for site visits, client meetings, market visits, and partner meetings.
• Healthcare, hospitality, retail, foodservice, Starbucks licensed store, or franchise development experience preferred.
