POS ITION SUMMARY
Integrity Wealth is seeking an Sr. Director Advisor Success for its Core & Emerging advisor pod. This leader is the primary growth and retention partner for a dedicated portfolio of approximately 250 producing advisors representing $15 billion to $25 billion in client assets — delivering practice development consulting, the firm's value-add service model, and early-warning retention management. The seat is the third pod alongside Elite and Premier, and it is the frontline operating system of same-store growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the multi-year producing relationship for the Core & Emerging pod from transition handoff onward.
• Deliver the firm's value-add service model: book review, succession planning, cross-sell, technology coaching, fee conversion, niche marketing, and human capital.
• Operate the advisor risk-scoring and early-warning system; trigger at-risk interventions within 48 hours of a red flag.
• Run quarterly business reviews and annual practice planning across the pod.
• Source recruiting introductions from the pod and support the recruiting organization as a reference.
• Hold pod coverage inside benchmark as the advisor count grows.
SUCCESS MEASURES
• Same-store growth of 6%, 8%, and 10% or better in years one, two, and three across the pod
• Asset retention of 97% or better; regrettable attrition below 1%
• Value-add service adoption of 70% or better; advisor net promoter score of 60 or better; pulse response of 75% or better
• Recruiting introductions of $2 billion or more per year sourced from the pod
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Twelve or more years in wealth management with direct accountability for a portfolio of producing advisors.
• Record of delivering same-store growth and retention across a large advisor portfolio.
• Practice management consulting depth across succession, human capital, niche marketing, and fee-based conversion.
• Comfortable operating an early-warning retention system and leading at-risk and save conversations directly with practice owners.
• Credible with independent advisors as a business consultant rather than a relationship manager.
• Bachelor's degree required; CFP designation preferred.
