As a Senior Digital Strategist, you'll help clients advance their vision for an end-to-end content supply chain that enables better personalization and accelerates speed-to-market. You'll contribute to crafting operating models, governance frameworks, and roadmaps that align content strategy & operations with business objectives. You'll guide organizations by using Adobe's industry-leading solutions like Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe GenStudio, and Firefly-powered generative technologies. These tools help build content ecosystems that enable scalable, personalized experiences and efficient delivery.
What You'll Do This role leads digital transformation work with senior leaders. The focus is on the digital content workflow, technology adoption, and how teams work together. You will define strategy, find gaps, and build solutions based on data. You will work in matrixed organizations to align priorities and help teams move work forward.
You will assess content operations across people, processes, platforms, governance, and operating models. You will design future state process from planning through delivery and optimization. You will advise on content operating models, including governance, workflows, and team structures. Collaborate with content, marketing, technology, and operations teams to align content strategy with business goals and platform capabilities.
You will help clients apply AI in content operations. This includes automation, metadata, reuse, personalization, and content intelligence. You will support change management so new ways of working take hold. You will present recommendations and roadmaps to senior leaders, mentor project teams, and work through new or unclear problems using structured problem-solving.
Basic Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, content operations, enterprise consulting, or related fields, with a solid foundation in value measurement and transformation work.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate matrixed organizations, build influence across multi-functional teams, and align diverse complex business groups toward shared objectives.
- Expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including real-time personalization, process automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide content operations, driving efficient content supply chains, personalization programs, and omnichannel execution.
- Proven success contributing to executive-level transformation projects with Fortune 500 clients, bringing structured data-driven thinking and clarity to complex challenges.
- Effective communication and executive-ready presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives.
- Experience driving adoption and change-management efforts, supporting participant evangelization and enablement.
- A self-starter mentality, with a consistent curiosity and a strong habit of strategic questioning that fuels innovation.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments, applying an entrepreneurial, problem-solving approach to net-new or "first time" challenges.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $131,600 -- $245,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
