Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join the ELM (Enterprise Legal Management) Marketing team. This person will serve as a digital and operational backbone for the Demand Generation team, helping execute, optimize, and measure integrated programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on digital marketing expertise, analytical thinking, business acumen, and creative problem-solving. They are equally comfortable building emails and landing pages, analyzing performance trends, supporting lead routing and campaign reporting in Salesforce, maintaining website analytics and governance, and contributing informed recommendations during campaign strategy discussions.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation and Campaign Execution

  • Support the execution and optimization of integrated demand generation campaigns designed to drive pipeline growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Build, test, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, forms, webinar communications, and other digital marketing assets.
  • Partner with Campaign Managers to translate campaign strategy into effective digital experiences and measurable programs.
  • Contribute to audience segmentation, channel planning, testing strategies, and ongoing campaign optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness through experimentation and continuous improvement.

 

Marketing Technology and Lead Operations

  • Support the administration and optimization of Marketo and Salesforce for marketing use cases.
  • Manage campaign setup, tracking, lead routing, lifecycle status, attribution inputs, and reporting processes in partnership with cross-departmental functions.
  • Troubleshoot digital program and lead flow issues, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions with the appropriate partners.
  • Help improve and automate marketing processes to increase accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Monitor marketing data quality and support consistent operational best practices across programs.

 

Website and Digital Experience Management

  • Support ongoing website management, content updates, landing pages, forms, and conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing SEO, AEO & GEO best practices.
  • Maintain digital measurement and governance requirements, including analytics configurations, tracking tags, UTM standards, and cookie consent management.
  • Partner with internal teams, agencies, and platform owners to improve website performance and user experience.
  • Monitor website and form performance, identify issues or opportunities, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Stay current on digital marketing, privacy, measurement, accessibility, and user experience best practices relevant to the role.

 

Reporting, Analytics, and Insights

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and performance analyses across campaigns, channels, the website, the marketing funnel, and pipeline.
  • Use Google Analytics 4 and other available data sources to monitor user behavior, traffic quality, conversion performance, and digital trends.
  • Analyze key demand generation metrics, including engagement, lead volume, MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and next actions for marketing stakeholders.
  • Support measurement of marketing contribution to growth and help strengthen reporting consistency across teams.

 

Digital Strategy and Optimization

  • Contribute to and manage the social strategy and posting calendar for ELM division.
  • Participate actively in campaign planning and digital strategy discussions, providing a point of view on channels, user journeys, measurement, and execution feasibility.
  • Serve as a trusted resource on digital marketing best practices, marketing technology, analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Research emerging tools, technologies, and practices that may strengthen the team's digital capabilities.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Campaign Management, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Business Development, and other partners.
  • Help ensure marketing programs are aligned to audience needs, business priorities, sales processes, and measurement requirements.
  • Support product launches, industry campaigns, strategic growth initiatives, events, and other high-priority marketing programs.

 

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience building and executing email, landing page, nurture, or other multi-channel digital programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, campaign measurement, and customer journey optimization.
  • Experience using marketing and website performance data to develop insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to investigate issues, solve problems, and improve processes across interconnected platforms and workflows.
  • Strong communication, organization, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, or similar degrees.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and digital reporting tools.
  • Experience with website content management systems and landing page or form management.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation, lead routing, lifecycle management, campaign attribution, and funnel reporting.
  • Familiarity with cookie consent management, web tracking, tag governance, SEO, paid media, or conversion rate optimization.
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for email and landing page troubleshooting.
  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, enterprise software, legal technology, or another complex buying environment.

Compensation:

$71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD

 

This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
