Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (HubSpot)

Location: Cambridge, ON | On-site

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $80,000-$90,000.00

The Position:

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing B2B digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams, you'll oversee digital campaigns, website performance, lead tracking, and reporting across multiple platforms. The role is well suited for someone who combines strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced B2B environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with the marketing leadership to develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on pipeline growth, lead generation, and conversion
  • Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, and other channels, using performance data to improve targeting, spend, and results
  • Build and manage campaign components in HubSpot, including email, landing pages, forms, and automation
  • Build and deliver reporting dashboards with actionable insights tied to campaign performance, lead flow, and pipeline contribution
  • Manage and optimize the company website in WordPress, including landing pages, tracking, integrations, and user experience
  • Partner with the Content team to develop digital campaigns through compelling ad copy, landing page content, and campaign messaging
  • Partner with agencies and consultants to execute and improve digital campaigns, website performance, and marketing workflows.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing and automation best practices to support continuous improvement
  • Work and collaborate in a team environment, actively participating and engaging in group meetings
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B digital or growth marketing with a strong track record of results
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot and digital advertising channels such as LinkedIn, Google, and Microsoft
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, funnel progression, campaign reporting, and conversion optimization
  • Experience managing websites in WordPress, including landing pages, tracking, integrations, and user experience
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and improve results across digital campaigns and tools
  • Experience collaborating with agencies, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
