Job Description:
Onni Marketing team is seeking an experienced, data-drivenSenior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digitalmarketing strategy for its growing Hospitality portfolio. This role will oversee e-commerce and paid media strategy across Onni Hospitality's portfolio of hotels and restaurants in Chicago, Dallas, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Seattle, Vancouver, and Italy.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Onni Hospitality during a period of significant expansion.Over the next 6–12 months,the successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the digital marketing function, building an in-house team, and shaping the future of digital marketing across the Hospitality portfolio.

What You Will Do:
Lead digital marketing strategy across Onni Hospitality's portfolio of hotels and restaurants, with a focus on e-commerce, paid media, and customer acquisition.
Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, display, and metasearch while managing media budgets and performance.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing to develop campaigns, promotions, and digital strategies that drive direct bookings, revenue, and guest acquisition.
Oversee website performance, booking engine merchandising, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience to maximize traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Develop executive dashboards and reporting, translating digital marketing and e-commerce performance into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for key stakeholders.
Ensure accurate analytics, tracking, and attribution across digital platforms, partnering with internal teams to maintain GA4, GTM, and marketing measurement best practices.
Develop and optimize OTA and metasearch strategies that maximize visibility, increase direct booking share, and support overall revenue goals.
Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency, reporting, and campaign performance.
Oversee agency and vendor relationships, as needed, to support digital marketing initiatives and business objectives.
Stay current on digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities to drive innovation and business growth.
What You Will Bring:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Proven experience managing paid media strategies across Google, Meta, display, and metasearch.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, and marketing performance reporting.
Experience with SEO, website optimization, booking engineoptimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to improve marketing efficiency and campaign performance.
Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Experience leading or mentoring team members is an asset.
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, orrelated fields.
Hospitality or agency experience is considered an asset.
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $95,000 CAD per year
