TSD Mobility Solutions, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Senior DevOps Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the reliability, automation, and delivery of our software products. You'll work across a diverse environment - including AWS cloud infrastructure and on-premises data center deployments - with a focus on building and maintaining the automated pipelines that keep our software moving safely and efficiently. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: -Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate build and deployment workflows across multiple products -Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPCs, IAM, and related services -Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines targeting both on-premises data center environments and AWS cloud infrastructure, including Windows IIS and Linux-based systems -Partner closely with development teams to improve deployment processes, system reliability, and performance -Track and manage infrastructure work and project delivery through Azure DevOps -Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual toil and improve consistency across environments -Contribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term reliability improvements -Mentor junior team members and help shape DevOps best practices across the organization #LI-Hybrid
