Advantive, LLC is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer. Job duties: Integrate, Develop and Maintain internal tools and responsible for verification of functionality & quality of Proplanner's Assembly Planner Suite of products deployment; Create standard procedures for manual and automated deployment of Assembly Planner suite of products; Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines on Azure Devops; Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions; Automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications; Conducting system performance analysis and optimization; Implement Application Insights to provide continuous monitoring capabilities, track all aspects of the system, infrastructure, performance, application errors and roll up metrics; Leading incident response and root cause analysis efforts; Developing and enforcing best practices for security and compliance; Monitoring and supporting infrastructure, including servers and SQL server databases; Collaborating with software developers to optimize deployment processes; Assisting with system troubleshooting and problem resolution; Manage replicated customer environments for testing different customer specific workflows on Azure Cloud Infrastructure; Analyze functional and non-functional business requirements, translate them into technical operational requirements, and propose CI/CD pipelines with tools and plugins; Participating in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability.
Skills & RequirementsRequirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or other related technical discipline required.
- 3 years of DevOps development experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- 2 years of experience in setting up CI/CD Pipelines with integration on Azure Devops platform.
- 3 years of strong hands-on experience with configuration management, cloud orchestration and automation tools with Azure environments.
- 3 years development experience on the .NET platform and C# programming language.
- 3 years' experience with managing SQL Server environments and handling migrations from on-prem to cloud environments.
- Experience with T-SQL scripts and performance tuning required.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues through to completion; demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced iterative development team environment and communicate effectively with team members.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Location: Position reports to Headquarters office located in Tampa, FL but can telecommute from any location in the United States. For telecommuters, occasional work at or travel to HQ location is required for trainings/meetings. For telecommuters, must be willing to work East Coast hours. Must be willing to travel 15-20% of the time to client sites for meetings.
Compensation: Base salary of $123,219. The Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay a successful candidate within this range, depending on experience, skills, certifications, and work location.
