About the role you are considering- Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise-grade solutions using Python and .NET, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across cloud platforms.
- Architect, build, and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS and Azure, leveraging services such as compute, storage, networking, serverless, and managed databases.
- Act as technical owner and delivery lead, responsible for solution design, technical decision-making, sprint execution, and overall delivery outcomes.
- Manage project execution using Agile and/or hybrid delivery models, including planning, backlog grooming, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate closely with business, application, and infrastructure teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices, including automated builds, testing, deployments, and infrastructure-as-code using modern tooling and cloud-native frameworks.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to developers, setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices.
- Ensure operational readiness and reliability, including logging, monitoring, security controls, performance tuning, and production support readiness.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and cloud cost efficiency, continuously improving system performance and total cost of ownership.
- Own technical governance and stakeholder alignment, clearly communicating progress, risks, architectural decisions, and roadmap to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 - $104,364 PA
