What you'll do- Create compelling visual solutions grounded in strong design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color, and layout.
- Partner with senior creatives to develop, refine, and extend brand identities and visual systems across a range of client engagements.
- Collaborate with designers, art directors, copywriters, and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality creative across print, presentations, digital, social, and other marketing channels.
- Design polished, engaging PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, workshops, and new business opportunities.
- Ensure creative work is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time by collaborating closely with project teams throughout the creative process.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, explore creative directions, generate variations, and enhance workflows-while applying strong creative judgment, craftsmanship, and originality to every final deliverable.
- Stay current on emerging design trends, technologies, and AI capabilities, bringing fresh thinking and new approaches to the team.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design fundamentals, including typography, hierarchy, composition, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI-powered creative tools and an eagerness to incorporate them thoughtfully into the design process.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and receptive to feedback, with a desire to continuously learn, grow, and elevate the quality of your work.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000
