Role OverviewThe Senior Brand Designer crafts how Harvey shows up across every touchpoint, translating a complex legal AI product into clear, compelling stories and systems. They sit on the Brand & Creative team, partnering closely with growth marketing, product marketing, content marketing and creative operations to ship high-impact work that's cohesive and scalable. This role drives the evolution of Harvey's brand system and campaigns so that every asset reinforces our position as the category-defining legal AI platform. They make key calls on creative direction within their projects and are a trusted collaborator to cross-functional partners. It's a chance to help define a fast-moving brand from the inside, with direct line-of-sight to the impact of your work.
What You'll Do- Own end-to-end creative for priority initiatives - from brief to concept to launch - across social, product marketing, sales enablement and external events.
- Evolve and extend Harvey's brand system (visual language, layout, motion, and templates) so it's recognizable, flexible, and easy for others to use.
- Collaborate closely with PMM, marketing, and product partners to clarify goals, shape briefs, and turn complex ideas into simple, high-impact narratives and visuals.
- Work hand-in-hand with creative operations and producers to scope projects, set milestones, and keep work moving smoothly from kickoff through delivery.
- Give and receive clear, constructive feedback; help raise the quality bar for the broader creative team through critique, documentation, and mentorship of other designers.
What You Have- Significant experience in brand or marketing design roles (in-house or agency), including owning complex, multi-channel projects end-to-end.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual craft, systems thinking, and clear storytelling across campaigns, product marketing, and/or B2B tech or SaaS work.
- Proven ability to collaborate with PMM, marketing, and other cross-functional partners, turning ambiguous briefs into focused creative directions.
- Comfort working within and evolving a brand system - knowing when to extend patterns and when to introduce new ones thoughtfully.
- Strong communication skills: you can explain the "why" behind your work, incorporate feedback, and advocate for the brand and audience effectively.
