Full Job Description
The Senior Designer, Corporate Communications is a skilled, hands-on designer and the dedicated creative partner for our Corporate and Internal Communications teams. Sitting within the Creative team in Marketing, this role covers a broad and varied portfolio, from employee newsletters, all-hands presentations, and digital signage to sustainability reports, annual reports, quarterly board decks, and investor day materials.

This is a high-craft, high-output role for a designer who takes real ownership of their work, thrives on variety, and understands the weight and precision that executive and corporate communications demand. You'll work within and contribute to established design systems, collaborate closely with teams spanning our Corporate Communications arm day-to-day, and partner with colleagues across the Creative team to deliver consistently polished, on-brand work.

What You'll Do

Design & Craft
  • Design and produce a wide range of corporate communications assets, including all-hands and town hall presentations, email and newsletter templates, digital signage, intranet visuals, print materials, sustainability reports, annual reports, quarterly board decks, and investor day materials
  • Actively contribute to and iterate on the internal design system, scaling templates and component libraries to drive design consistency, quality and efficiency across the organization
  • Translate complex, high-level corporate briefs into clear, precise, and visually compelling narratives, managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with the Video & Motion Graphics team, providing briefs and creative direction to ensure visual cohesion on any video or animated assets
  • Uphold a high standard of craft across typography, layout, data visualisation, and visual hierarchy, particularly for high-visibility, executive-level materials

Stakeholder Partnership
  • Act as a trusted and responsive creative partner to the teams spanning our corporate communications arm
  • Engage directly with stakeholders to break down ambiguous requirements, ask the right questions, recommend sustainable design solutions and deliver work that meets both creative and strategic goals
  • Manage your own day-to-day project queues and priorities under broad objectives, requiring minimal day-to-day instruction while proactively communicating timelines and scoping risks

Growth & Collaboration
  • Lead and participate in creative team reviews, providing mature, constructive feedback to level up the team's collective output
  • Independently identify and implement improvements to shared templates, creative systems, and team ways of working.
  • Stay current with design trends and tools, and bring a continuous improvement mindset to your craft
  • Adopt AI-enhanced practices to transform our creative engine:using generative tools to accelerate high-quality asset production, automating repetitive design and writing tasks, and leveraging performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions for maximum revenue impact

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong craft across a range of formats, ideally including presentations, editorial or report design, and corporate communications
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant career experience and expertise

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • Proficiency in Figma (including working with component libraries) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Proven ability to work within and contribute to brand or design systems, using and extending existing templates and component libraries
  • Experience producing high-stakes or executive-level design materials, such as board or investor presentations, annual reports, or formal corporate publications
  • Able to manage a busy, varied workload and competing priorities with a high degree of independence
  • Background or strong interest in data visualisation, infographics, or financial storytelling
  • Familiarity with internal or corporate comms platforms (e.g. Staffbase, Simpplr, Confluence, or similar)
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment with distributed teams
  • Receptive to feedback, able to iterate quickly, and genuinely invested in the quality and precision of your output

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
  • 10% travel for company events and internal meetings
  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office

How You'll Be Rewarded
• Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00
• A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
• Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
• 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
