Full Job Description
The Senior Demand Planner plays an important role in the success of Regal Rexnord's Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) for the Couplings division. The position is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, ensuring timely communication to supply and operations teams, and driving continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, collaborative, passionate on process improvement and leveraging forecasting tools and models to support business growth and customer service performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a data-driven 18-month rolling forecast to support the basis for financial projections and downstream supply planning.
  • Leverage demand planning techniques to provide accurate value- and units-based demand forecasts as input into desired stocking levels and driving customer service performance.
  • Monitor reporting to identify demand shifts, analyze forecast accuracy and access downstream impacts on inventory health and service performance.
  • Lead monthly forecasting cycle and Demand Reviews within the SIOP cadence - ensuring timely forecast submission with documented assumptions, risks and opportunities for defined site/product line
  • Ensure forecast is properly loaded into planning tools and communicated to downstream supply planning teams.
  • Leverage existing demand planning tools, define opportunity areas to further leverage tool and support team in forecasting tuning improvement initiatives.
  • Support requirements definition, data validation, and deployment of new planning tools and/or processes. Help ensure specific business/site needs are incorporated into corporate solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales and Commercial Operations to gather business intelligence into demand plans
  • Collect Channel forecast insights, Commercial Operations forecast insights at aggerate level to support disaggregation and analysis at lower-level item and value stream to support supply planning.


Qualifications
  • BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Analytics
  • Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience with key focus on forecasting concepts and techniques
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply basic statistical concepts
  • Ability to lead through influence and communicate across diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Experience with end-to-end supply chain planning tools and forecasting systems
  • Familiar with a variety of manufacturing concepts, practices, procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, resolve problems and convert data into actionable solutions
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Office, SharePoint, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Planning Tools (Demantra), and Analytical Dashboards (Power BI)
  • Knowledge of lean tools and mindset to drive for continuous improvement


Travel:
  • Up to 20% Domestic and International travel is required for this position, with typically flexible scheduling.
