Full Job Description
Seeking a results-driven Delivery Manager with strong experience leading cross-functional product delivery teams, stakeholder management, risk identification and mitigation, SAFe Agile maturity, Global Delivery Model and integrated product roadmap execution. You will own multiple delivery pods in the Account domain for a wealth management/investment client, ensuring predictable delivery, engineering excellence, and measurable outcomes across distributed teams in the US, Canada, Mexico, and India. Req# [redacted] Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery under global product delivery constructs (product roadmap, milestones, acceptance, change control, and forecasting) Establish delivery baselines: DoR/DoD, PI objectives, release plan, and governance cadence Maintain strong RAID, dependency tracking, and decision logs with clear escalation triggers Build trusted partnerships across Product, Engineering, Architecture, UX, Compliance, and Ops Run structured forums: Steering Committee, PI checkpoints, roadmap reviews, release readiness Communicate concise exec updates: delivery status, risks, trade-offs, and decisions needed Proactively identify risks across scope, dependencies, quality, compliance, performance, capacity, and delivery timelines Drive mitigation plans, owners, due dates, and escalation paths; lead recovery actions when needed Lead PI Planning and sprint execution; drive predictable delivery, flow, and quality Improve maturity via measurable outcomes: say/do, spillover, throughput/cycle time, defect leakage, release predictability Institutionalize standards for estimation, capacity planning, and dependency management Partner with Product and Architecture to maintain an integrated roadmap (outcomes 1 epics/features/enablers 1 delivery plan) Ensure sequencing and readiness across cross-team dependencies and technical feasibility Define and track KPIs for CI/CD health, automation, code quality, security findings, and NFR adherence Enforce clean delivery standards: architecture compliance, quality gates, and release readiness Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve speed-to-value Build/scale distributed teams aligned to domain and tech needs; implement an effective global operating model (cadence, handoffs, collaboration norms) Coach team leads, set performance expectations, and develop high-performing teams Requirements Proven experience delivering complex programs under cross-functional global product delivery teams models with strong governance and change control, 50-150 people Strong expertise in SAFe / Agile delivery, process maturity, and predictability improvement at scale Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership Strong Risk and crisis management capabilities with structured RAID practices Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, engineering quality practices, and delivery metrics Consulting/outsourcing background; financial services/wealth management experience preferred Nice to have Experience leading AI adoption initiatives in engineering or delivery environments (enablement, governance, value measurement, scaling) Fixed-Fee delivery/Outcome Based Delivery experience
