What you'll own - Identifies meaningful insights from large data, interprets, and communicates insights from analysis and experiments
- Creates workflows to pre-process data, build machine learning models, and evaluate the effectiveness of those models on large data sets.
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Uses MS Excel/PowerPoint to summarize findings and communicate effectively to the product team.
- May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.
- Interprets and communicates insights to product, service and business management.
- Works with business leaders to identify and develop metrics and visualizations that will track performance and highlight potential inefficiencies.
- Partners with business teams to gather, document, and maintain business requirements that will inform data modeling decisions.
- Compiles data from various sources into a single, consumable, data set, including design and implementation of data cubes.
What you'll bring - 5+ years' experience with Spark, Scala and/or Python programming languages, as well as heavy cloud experience in AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.
- 5+ years' experience with end-to-end systems development life cycles, e.g., iterative and other modern approaches to software development
- 5+ years' experience with sophisticated analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL, HiveQL)
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to uncover insights and create stories by seamlessly integrating a variety of data sources

- 5+ years' experience with development methodologies in the Cloud Data environment, including but not limited to AWS, Snowflake, Azure and analytical tools including but not limited to Tableau, Streamlit or similar BI applications.
- 1+ years' experience with Snowflake Intelligence including Cortex Analyst and other AI models.
- Bachelor's degree in business or information technology, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
