Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in relevant fields such as Computer Science or Operations Research.
• Proficient in using mathematical programming solvers like Gurobi and CPLEX.
• Hands-on experience with MLflow and managing model lifecycles.
• Capable of building end-to-end machine learning pipelines in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Pyspark, and SQL, with experience in data analysis libraries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Refactor optimization algorithms in Python using Object Oriented Programming.
• Apply data science methodologies to address supply chain and optimization challenges in Retail or CPG.
• Analyze large datasets using advanced statistical techniques to support Pricing Optimization.
• Develop predictive models and algorithms to enhance inventory management and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Design and conduct experiments to assess replenishment strategies and allocation policies.
• Monitor KPIs related to supply chain efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on trends in data science and supply chain management to foster innovation.
