Description & RequirementsMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented
Senior Data Quality and Governance Training Analyst to join our team.
The position is remote with the possibility of occasional client site travel that will differ from engagement to engagement but is expected to be 10% or less.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Overseeing the development, launch, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise data stewardship training program to empower domain experts.
- Evaluating organizational skill gaps and requirements to define target learning objectives for data quality and governance roles.
- Designing and authoring comprehensive data quality and data stewardship training materials tailored to stakeholders.
- Producing specialized video tutorials and instructional content covering the Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Analyst tool and operational workflows.
- Conducting training pilots with select data stewards, gathering feedback, and refining materials prior to enterprise rollout.
- Rolling out finalized data governance and quality training courses enterprise-wide on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Supporting the data quality pilot using IDQ Analyst, including conducting demos, assisting stewards, and presenting results to the data council.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- 3+ years of experience delivering data governance and/or quality initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience developing and/or delivering training content.
- Hands-on experience working with the Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Analyst tool.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with training development tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
- Experience applying organizational change management techniques.
- Active Security+ Certification or relevant data management certification (e.g., CDMP).
- Experience working for a public sector customer or in the public sector environment.
Clearance Requirements:- Must possess US citizenship and a current Secret level clearance or higher.
Physical Requirements:- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
The projected compensation range for this position is $117,000.00-$195,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
