Job Description Summary
Join our dynamic Operations and Analytics team where you will be at the forefront of data analysis, visualization, and innovation for our Long-Term Care Insurance business, ERAC (Employers Reassurance Corporation), a corporate holding of GE Aerospace. We are a reinsurance company supporting long-term care insurance, structured settlements, life, and other insurance products.
We are on a multi-year journey to become a more data-driven organization and are seeking a candidate who is passionate about leveraging data to drive positive change. This role will lead efforts to strengthen our analytical and data science capabilities by leveraging expanding healthcare and claims data and translating findings into actionable insights for business decision-makers. The ideal candidate will bring must-have experience in healthcare data, claims, data science, and predictive modeling, along with the ability to work across data sources, external partners, and internal stakeholders to improve reporting, understanding of business drivers, and strategic decision-making.
This role can be hybrid in Overland Park, Kansas, or remote within the U.S.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to develop and enhance analytical and data science capabilities across the Long-Term Care Insurance business
  • Leveragehealthcare and claims datato identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Design, build, and applypredictive modelsand other advanced analytical solutions to address key business questions
  • Carrying out statistical research, prototyping new systems, and finding new ways of gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data
  • Work within a robust data platform to analyze complex datasets, including exploratory data analysis (EDA) and produce meaningful business insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
  • Foster creative, thoughtful, and rigorous analysis to enhance reporting and deepen understanding of key business drivers
  • Support the organization9s multi-year journey toward greater analytical maturity and data-driven decision-making
  • Communicate results clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, including business leaders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor9s degree from an accredited university or college

  • Significant experience indata analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related analytical field
  • Healthcare data experience is required
  • Experience working withclaims data is required
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience indata science and predictive modeling is required
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources
  • Proven ability to translate analytical results into actionable business insights and recommendations
  • Experience sourcing and working with data from external partners and third-party data providers
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to workhybrid in Overland Park, Kansas, or remote within the U.S.
  • This role will require in-person attendance for New Hire Orientation on Day 1

The base pay range for this position is $76,400.00 - 115,300 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate9s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.This posting is expected to close on July 30, 2026.
