Responsibilities

Design data warehouse architectures, develop ETL pipelines, and build metrics systems to support daily business data requirements. Deeply engage with business scenarios to design and implement pragmatic data solutions such as data ecosystem development or automated attribution tools. Collaborate with data analysts and product managers to drive the fulfillment of data-related requirements. Design and implement user-centric data solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring alignment with operational objectives. Partner with data engineers to develop a deep understanding of data systems and optimize the data utilization experience including, but not limited to, data discovery, usage guidance, and facilitating cross-team adoption of data systems. Collaborate with global business teams to align data initiatives with business goals, driving user growth and revenue expansion. Explore cutting-edge technologies (e.g., large language models/LLMs) based on project needs, and develop systematic solutions to enable more efficient data discovery and utilization for business teams. Mentor junior and intern Data Engineers.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Utilizing big data technology stacks, including Spark or Flink; Implementing data warehouse methodologies and technologies, including data modeling, data governance and ETL processes; Programming using SQL, Python and/or Java; Developing business abstraction and architectural design; and Working in the data domain area, including delivering end-to-end data solutions from design through implementation. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $220002 - $387600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
