Job Description:

  • 10+ years of Business domain experience and/or Data Engineer experience with client-facing products.
  • Experience in Iterative Delivery and/or Agile, working with multiple partners, internal and external technology vendors as applicable, potentially in different time zones.
  • Strong communication, organization, management, and people skills; ability to communicate and present clearly to senior management and executives, as well as project teams.
  • Experience managing several technical projects simultaneously and the ability to thrive in ambiguity, both situational and procedural.
  • High-level understanding of system architecture, technical dependencies, and integration points across services.
  • Working understanding of technical solution architecture from a product delivery perspective.


Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in banking or financial services as a BA or Data Engineer.
  • Previous experience managing delivery to a large public-facing client base.
  • Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master Certification.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:83,335 to 90,909

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
