We are seeking a hands-on Senior Data DevOps Engineer to join our delivery team. This role is responsible for establishing and optimizing CI/CD, automation, infrastructure deployment and operational engineering practices for a scalable, governed, enterprise-grade data platform that becomes the single source of truth for analytics, AI and operational use cases - enabling self-service, accelerating data product delivery and powering data-driven transformation. Responsibilities Assess current deployment and release practices for the platform Define and implement the DevOps strategy for Microsoft Fabric Configure and optimize repositories, branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines Automate deployment processes and establish Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) patterns where applicable Implement environment promotion processes to support seamless transitions across development, staging and production Integrate automated deployments with operational monitoring tools to ensure platform reliability and visibility Collaborate closely with engineering, data governance and AI teams to enable efficient and secure delivery workflows Requirements 3+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on CI/CD, automation and infrastructure deployment Strong hands-on skills in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep) Expertise in configuring repositories, branching and deployment automation Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure environments Experience integrating operational monitoring with deployment pipelines Excellent collaboration and communication skills
