Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience managing technical teams in charge of installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, or maintaining hardware servers and its components.
- Experience in site-level data center operational leadership.
- Experience in site-level operational leadership and localized metrics management (KPIs/SLOs).
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience building and operating large-scale infrastructure in data center environments.
- Experience with Linux/Unix system administration and hardware repair.
- Experience executing strategic initiatives in a global environment.
- Demonstrated passion for operations, people management, and leadership.

As a Hardware Operations Manager, you will manage a team of Data Center Technicians. Responsibilities - Oversee the day-to-day management of technicians and managers, providing coaching and development to achieve strategic business goals.
- Drive the implementation of safety culture and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives at the site level, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Be accountable for localized metrics, including KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs, while identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Manage the implementation of technical projects, identifying and resolving problems within global computing and network architectures.
- Oversee local budget allocations and manage third-party contractors and vendors to support site operations. Assist in building a robust talent pipeline and support succession planning within the technical team.
