Senior Data & Analytics LeadCandidates should be local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area and prepared to work onsite as needed based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the program's data and analytics capability.
- Develop and maintain analytical approaches supporting CBM, FASS, CPVI, workload and cost variance analysis, trend analysis and ad hoc Government requests.
- Establish data quality and validation practices. Develop dashboards and visualizations for Government decision-makers.
- Support cost-model architecture, billing methodologies and identification of anomalies or trends.
Required Skills- 6-10+ years in data analytics, financial analytics, data science or related work.
- Master's degree preferred/targeted in data science, statistics, accounting, applied mathematics, finance, analytics or related discipline.
- Advanced data and financial analytics.
- Strong SQL capabilities.
- Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Python and/or R.
- Data modeling and trend analysis.
- Data quality, validation and auditability.
- Development of executive-level reports, dashboards and visualizations.
- Ability to translate complex financial/operational data into actionable findings.
- Experience developing repeatable analytical methodologies and documenting assumptions/data sources.
Preferred Skills- Federal financial management.
- Cost allocation/cost modeling.
- Activity-based costing.
- Shared-services financial models.
- Predictive modeling.
- Federal financial systems.
- Customer Billing Model or similar allocation/billing models.
- Experience working with CMM/FileOnQ.
Preferred certifications:- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst
- Tableau certification
- Microsoft/Azure data credentials
- comparable analytics certification

Salary range: 145,000 - 155,000
