Senior Population Health Data AnalystA day in the life. As our Senior Population Health Data Analyst on the Planning & Analytics for Total Health (PATH) team, you'll be part of a dynamic team working to create healthier work populations for our clients. You will provide support to the RN Clinical Consultants and Account Executives focusing on data analysis, query and reporting production helping clients understand the impact of healthcare utilization patterns, provide analysis, and assist with recommendations to proactively position the sales & clinical team to create fact-based renewal and risk mitigation strategies and decisions. Some additional responsibilities include:
- Participate in client meetings to introduce analytic frameworks, gather information, and provide consulting.
- Collaborate with implementation, account management, clinical, and health teams to align expectations, prioritize tasks, build reports, and deliver insights.
- Serve as a healthcare data analytics subject matter expert, creating standard and ad hoc reports to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead training on data warehouse use, perform monthly data quality assurance, and develop case studies and cohort analyses for internal and external presentations.
Our future colleague.We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- At least 5 years of employee benefits or healthcare experience with consultants, brokers, health plans, systems, or providers.
- Proficient in reporting and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) with strong understanding of key performance metrics across medical, pharmacy, wellness, and other benefits data.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SQL.
- Experience working in data warehouse environments such as Artemis Health, Cotiviti, SCIO, Springbuk, or carrier/TPA platforms.
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience preferred; preferred degree types: health sciences, information technology, statistics or other related field. Masters preferred.
