This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone with a proven track record of delivering analytical value in consumer tech or SaaS environments, particularly those with a mobile and/or connected hardware footprint.

What You'll Do

  • Subscription funnel performance

  • Retention & churn

  • Monthly active users (MAU)

  • Customer lifetime value (LTV)

  • Average revenue per user (ARPU)

  • Drive experimentation strategy-design and interpret A/B tests, collaborating with product managers and engineers to guide roadmap decisions.

  • Partner with lifecycle marketing to segment customer cohorts and assess campaign performance with clear attribution.

  • Contribute to event instrumentation design and data QA, working closely with data engineers to ensure high-quality tracking and scalable data models.

  • Deliver actionable insights through well-structured narratives, compelling data visualizations, and clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

What You'll Bring

  • 6-8 years of analytics experience, with increasing responsibility in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

  • Advanced SQL skills-you write efficient, scalable queries across large datasets

  • Proficiency in modern BI tools (Tableau and Databricks preferred; Looker, Power BI, etc. also valued)

  • Deep familiarity with subscription metrics and experience working with mobile and B2C datasets

  • Proven ability to lead analytical work independently-from scoping questions to delivering impact

  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams

  • Excellent communication skills-you know how to bring data to life and drive decisions

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in smart home, IoT, or hardware + SaaS business models

  • Comfort with Python or R for deeper analytics or prototyping

  • Familiarity with event-based product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)

  • Hands-on knowledge of experimentation design and evaluation frameworks
