Senior Customer Delivery Manager

What you'll do:
As a Senior Customer Delivery Manager your key area of responsibility will be overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects focused on optimizing a premier customer experience, delivering high-impact results that contribute to strategic growth. You will need to work closely with customers, senior management, cross-functional project teams, and external resources.
To be successful in this role you will be a self-motivated, decisive, and collaborative leader with diplomatic and motivational skills, and the ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong project management expertise, customer relationship management skills, and technical knowledge, with the ability to successfully drive projects to completion while maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit of the company.
How you'll make an impact:
37Responsible for overall project execution success, serving as the main point of contact for customers and senior management for the project.37Support all aspects of the implementation and progression of assigned projects, from original concept through project closure activities.37Provide leadership to the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals and adhere to their responsibilities and project milestones.37Define project goals and deliverables that align with the company's strategic objectives and customer expectations.37Define high-level work plans, key project tasks and deliverables, and manage the integration of resources and knowledge across projects and tasks.37Manage project issues, risks, and changes in scope to mitigate impact to customer experience and critical path deliverables.37Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues - communicating across leadership.37Lead initiatives to establish best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization. 37Collect customer feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve project management processes & best practices.37Coach, mentor and motivate more junior Customer Delivery Managers.
What you'll bring to the role:
375-8 years of experience in Project Management or Customer Delivery.375-8 years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.37Fluency in Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese is an asset.37Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is preferred. 37Ability to travel. A passport is required.37Proven ability to successfully drive projects to completion while managing the right balance of process without burdening the entrepreneurial spirit of the company.37Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.37Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.37Self-motivated and decisive with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.37Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.37Experience leading, motivating and managing various project team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance.37Experience in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature our service solutions.37A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.37Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Jira.37Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a flat organization.37Experience working within a technical or engineering organization/knowledge of the high-technology industry is an asset. Government experience is highly valued.37Experience negotiating vendor/client contracts a plus.

The annual base salary for this position is the expected annual salary for this role, and may be subject to change. Geotab offers various perks and benefits and other compensation components that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary for this position depends on a variety of factors such as but not limited to skills, qualifications, education and overall experience, including the location the applicant lives while performing the job. This also includes equity with other team members and alignment with local market data. All offers of employment are contingent upon proof of eligibility to work and the individual's ability to pass a background check.
Hiring Range
$100,000-$135,700 CAD
