Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:
- Provide legal support for marketing and sales promotional activities in the US and internationally.
- drafting and negotiating marketing, promotion, and production-related agreements such as MSAs/SOWs, PSAs;
- reviewing and advising on marketing campaigns and promotions, preparing promotional terms and conditions for various consumer programs.
- Leading and driving legal compliance related to the company's consumer lending programs (loan origination, servicing and collection as related to timeshare) as well as manage legal processes in coordination with various business units and third parties with respect to securitization of the company's loan portfolio.
- Drive continuous improvement through development and maintenance of standard forms, guidelines, FAQ's and related resources and perform other related duties in support of HGV Legal and the company's goals.

- Not a remote position. Must be able to work from Orlando office.
- Accurate and efficient computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have an aptitude to learn new systems
- 7 years of related experience
- Preferably Background or experience in real estate, hospitality or timeshare including marketing, sales and finance support.
