Senior Cost Recovery Estimating Analyst
Position Responsibilities:- Leads cross-functional collaboration to plan, prioritize and ensure timely completion of projects
- Leads development of complex estimates and business cases based on large data sets
- Prepares detailed and accurate cost recovery claims
- Defines project scope in alignment with team goals and objectives
- Maintains transparent and ongoing communication of project visibility with leadership
- Performs peer reviews to validate complex analysis
- Guides and mentors peers, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Leads effective communication by presenting accurate actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders & executive leadership
- Promotes best practices and identifies process enhancements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)
- 5+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Experience with internal/external auditing
- Experience with root cause investigations
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of learning

Summary Pay Range: $127,500 - $172,500
