Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Competitive Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our growing and innovative team. This role is part of the Chief Product Officer's organization and will focus on supporting sales efforts by creating competitive enablement assets, such as battlecards and sales training materials. Additionally, the role involves assisting product managers in their engagement with the competitive intelligence process to ensure strategic alignment and actionable insights. Your work will play a pivotal part in shaping our company's strategy by delivering actionable intelligence on competitor activities and industry dynamics. Your expertise will enable our leadership, sales, product, and marketing teams to make informed decisions and maintain our competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep, data-driven analyses of competitors, including their strategies, product offerings, pricing models, and market positioning.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the competitive analysis process, ensuring the extraction of actionable insights.
- Enablement Assets: Create and deliver competitive enablement assets, such as battlecards and sales training materials, to empower sales teams with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
- Collaboration with Product Teams: Assist product managers in actively engaging in the competitive intelligence process to help inform product development and strategy.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that summarize competitive data and highlight actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales, to integrate competitive insights into go-to-market strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings to senior leadership and provide strategic advice on market positioning.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain a centralized repository of competitive intelligence resources and ensure accessibility for relevant teams.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for education requirements.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in roles such as business analysis, sales enablement, marketing, data analytics, or related areas.
- Basic analytical skills with an aptitude for synthesizing data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience using AI tools and platforms, or an eagerness to learn and integrate such technologies into workflows.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

PTC carefully considers a wide variety of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $85,000 - $110,000. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus.
