Title: Senior Corporate Counsel

Location: Home Office US

The Senior Corporate Counsel serves as a strategic legal partner to Sales, Deal Desk, and executive leadership, providing expert guidance that accelerates enterprise SaaS revenue and supports large-scale commercial growth. This role is responsible for structuring, drafting, and negotiating highly complex, high-value commercial agreements, including global enterprise SaaS and cloud services contracts, strategic partnerships, reseller and systems integrator arrangements, and multi-year professional services engagements.

They balance customer requirements with scalable contracting standards, enabling operational efficiency across diverse geographies and high-volume deal environments. This role plays a critical part in improving deal velocity through the development and use of fallback positions, contract playbooks, and approval frameworks designed to support large ACV, multi-jurisdictional deals.
