Job SummaryWe're looking for a talented, conceptually driven Senior Copywriter who is equally comfortable creating ideas in English and Spanish. This role requires more than translation skills. We need someone who can think, write, and craft ideas natively in both languages, understanding the cultural nuances that make work resonate with diverse audiences.
The ideal candidate is passionate about advertising, curious about culture, and driven to create work that gets noticed. They stay connected to what's happening in the industry, understand the craft of writing, and bring the ambition to push ideas beyond the expected. From integrated campaigns and social content to experiential activations and broadcast, you'll help shape ideas that move people and drive business results.
You'll collaborate closely with art directors, strategists, account teams, and production partners to create memorable, effective, and culturally relevant work.
Key Responsibilities- Develop compelling campaign ideas and concepts across multiple channels and platforms.
- Write and adapt copy in both English and Spanish while maintaining creative integrity, cultural relevance, and brand voice.
- Partner closely with art directors to develop integrated ideas from concept through execution.
- Craft copy for digital, social, experiential, print, CRM, broadcast, video, and emerging platforms.
- Present creative work internally and to clients with confidence and clarity.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic, culturally informed thinking.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all written communications and campaign deliverables.
- Stay current on industry trends, pop culture, emerging platforms, and creative best practices.
- Mentor and support junior writers and creative team members when needed.
- Contribute to new business opportunities and agency pitches.
Qualifications- 6+ years of experience in an advertising agency or comparable creative environment.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with exceptional writing skills in both languages.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, storytelling, and integrated campaign development.
- Proven ability to create original ideas rather than simply adapting existing work.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, strategy, and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Passion for advertising, creativity, and the evolving communications landscape.
Preferred- Experience developing work for multicultural, Hispanic, or bilingual audiences.
- Experience working on national or global brands.
- Knowledge of content creation, social media, video production, and emerging digital platforms.
- Award-winning work or a demonstrated commitment to creative excellence.
- A genuine love for the business and a desire to keep raising the bar creatively.
The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $60,000-$140,000 USD
