Full Job Description
The Senior Coordinator, Policy & Rules Administration will support the day-to-day operations of the compliance department and co-lead in the fine appeal administration process. Assist in writing fine letters and editing relevant League policies for players. Support administrative processes for all accountability measures that occur on game day.

Responsibilities
  • Enforce NFL Uniform and Equipment Rules and On Field policy. Review game film for policy violations, record findings and collect appropriate fines
  • Partner with NFL Equipment managers to enhance uniform rule compliance
  • Manage Uniform Inspection program, including the training & development of Uniform Inspectors
  • Assist in gathering information and updating all approved equipment and footwear for compliance purposes for the Uniform Inspectors, Team designees, Football Operations & Compliance
  • Schedule time for Uniform Inspectors to meet with players during training camp to deliver the updated Uniform Presentation
  • Attend games as needed to ensure uniform compliance. Work closely with the Uniform Inspectors and the Consumer Products Department for maximum coverage
  • Process uniform and discipline fine letters
  • Gather player history and salary information in major fines and/or suspension cases
  • Update database with fines and fine decisions
  • Review rule violations from the previous Season
  • Work closely with the Finance department on payment of fines (regular season and post season)
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to approve both domestic and international print and digital media from a compliance standpoint
  • Assist the Game Operations department during the post season in enforcing on field policies and procedures
  • Effectively maintain on field compliance for NFL Combine
  • Provide a wide range of administrative services to the Compliance unit, including monitoring player compliance with League equipment and uniform policies
  • Participate in Article 46 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for on-field appeal hearings. Maintain all records relating to those appeals including written summaries of the hearings
  • Logistical execution of the Discipline Appeals in association with jointly appointed NFL/NFLPA Appeals Officers
  • Co-Manage scheduling both uniform and on-field hearings, ensuring they are heard in a timely manner
  • Main point of contact for the NFLPA, player agents, and Appeals Officers for the administration of player fines and scheduling of appeal hearings
  • Football Operations game and event duties as assigned by department, including travel to NFL games (preseason, regular season and playoffs, International Series, and Super Bowl), NFL combines and other development programs, college All Start games, NFL Draft, and in-season and offseason meetings
  • Other duties assigned by department

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science
  • 3+ years' minimum experience
  • General understanding of the game of football

  • Some night/weekend work required

  • Limited travel to NFL games (preseason, regular season and playoffs, International Series, and Super Bowl), NFL combines and other development programs, college All Star games, NFL Draft, and in-season and offseason meetings Games as needed, 25%
