What You’ll Do
As Senior Content Manager, Metals & Mining, you will have real ownership over FactSet's content collection initiatives in this sector, reporting directly to the Head of Metals & Mining. You will bring expertise in granular databases, data model architecture, and AI-driven content collection and curation to lead a team delivering high-quality mining datasets to some of the most sophisticated investors and analysts in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal and external professionals to coordinate Metals & Mining data collection, research, and analytics, directly influencing the product strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate with product and thought leadership teams to build cross-sector content that serves both specialist and generalist workflows
- Engage directly with high-value clients, acting as a knowledgeable resource on FactSet's Metals & Mining content and gathering feedback that shapes our direction
- Conduct research and analysis and build quantitative models that demonstrate the value of FactSet's Metals & Mining content
- Lead the development and delivery of content sets and products
- Ensure effective QA/QC and TACCU measures are in place
- Stay current on industry trends and serve as an internal expert on our mining datasets
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience in content collection operations, strategy, and management
- Strong background in content curation, collection, and development
- Experience with granular databases and data model architecture
- Strong quantitative aptitude and qualitative reasoning skills
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, planning, and project management skills with a track record of delivering on time
- Ability to translate Metals & Mining strategies into specific priorities and objectives for content collection and product teams
- Experience interacting with users to gain insights and feedback and translate those insights into value
- Experience executing across multiple teams and products simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
- Mining or Natural Resource background
- Familiarity with client workflows and FactSet client types

Salary is just one component of our compensation package and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.
The budgeted salary range for this position in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, and New York is $124,000-$155,000.
The budgeted salary range for this position on Canada is C$117,000-$153,000.
