Job Description͏- Designing, shaping, and enabling OEM warranty recovery processes using tools like Pega as the core workflow and decisioning platform.
- Translate warranty policies into scalable, rules-driven, automated processes on the Warranty platform.
- Work closely with Warranty Operations, Supplier Recovery, Quality, Legal, IT, and Technical Architects to deliver an AI-enabled, automated warranty recovery solution.
- Collaborate with architects on case design, data structures, rules, integrations, and UI.
- Leverage Tools features (like Pega) to build:
- Case Types & Stages
- Decision Tables / Rules
- SLA Configuration
- Work Queues & Assignments
- Pega Reports & Dashboards

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
