Full Job Description
How you'll make an impact:

Strata's Staff Augmentation Program offers services to drive maintenance and impact within each of the Strata platform solutions. As a member of our Staff Augmentation team, you will support the client delivery and internal operations for the Decision Support client base. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the business in partnership with the sales and client experience management teams. Strata's Staff Augmentation Program is a newly established business line and focus area of the organization. As such, this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and grit, while having the support of a well-established, highly professional business behind you.
  • Provide client service deliverables including configuration, auditing, and reporting within the Decision Support solution, with an emphasis on providing clients with a high-value experience while managing budget and timelines.
  • Provide recommendations on cost model design and reporting and understand client's accounting, data and organizational structure.
  • Partner with clients to support and drive Decision Support tool adoption and present decision support and cost margin data to the client to help them understand key takeaways and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with clients to drive Decision Support tool improvement by proactively identifying growth areas and implementing cost accuracy and cost model efficiency projects (e.g., acquisition costs).
  • Mentor junior team members and support their development of cost accounting, healthcare finance, and client support skills.

  • Proven cost accounting experience in the healthcare finance and analytics space.
  • Knowledge of accounting and Decision Support reporting.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

  • Willingness to travel within the US as needed to customer locations up to 20-35%.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000

Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role. In addition, Strata provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits, health and welfare benefits, paid time off, parental leave, life and accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits.
