Job description

Infosys is seeking a Senior Process & Resources Domain Consultant. You will be a key player in the consulting team. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tempe, Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

  • Relevant experience as a domain / business consultant or Business Analyst or an industry practitioner in manufacturing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments, preferably within the mining, metals, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
  • Relevant experience as a domain consultant/specialist/subject matter expert or an industry practitioner in mining, metals or process industry.
  • Strong understanding of mining greenfield projects, brownfield operations, safety compliance and operational processes.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications. Familiarity with digital technologies such as IoT, automation, telemetry, network and communication systems. Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple vendors for creating design documents, test plans etc. Any relevant certification will be an added advantage - Agile, Project Management, Implementation/technical know-how of software packages in mining industry.
  • Ability to build executive connects and drive end-end client services.
  • Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Experience in driving meetings/workshops with senior client executives, business leads & cross functional stakeholders and articulate project documents lucidly
  • Preferably should have an exposure to outsourcing and offshoring work models

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
